Italdesign : “HONDA NSX Tribute” Project begins.

Turning your NSX into a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

The Redesign Project starts now.

An Icon Redefined With An Italian Touch.

TPE Ltd. is proud to announce that we have been appointed by Italdesign as a strategic partner in Japan for the “Honda NSX Tribute,” the latest project from Italdesign, officially approved by HONDA. We will be deeply involved in the development and promotion of this project, working in close collaboration with their team.

Five Years of Trust: A New Chapter Beginning at TAS

The collaboration between TPE and Italdesign was not something created overnight for this specific project. Over the past five years, both companies have cultivated a close-knit partnership. Throughout Italdesign’s previous automotive projects, TPE has consistently contributed to bringing their creative visions to life.

For the “Honda NSX Tribute” project, our joint efforts began long before the Japan premiere at Tokyo Auto Salon (TAS).  For over a month leading up to the event, we have been in constant communication with Italdesign’s headquarters in Italy, working hand-in-hand to prepare for the project’s introduction to the Japanese market.

At the recently held TAS 2026, our staff visited the Italdesign booth (No. 1102) by official invitation. This visit served not only to reaffirm our long-standing relationship of trust but also to mark the official “kick-off” of this grand project together.

What is Italdesign?

Founded in 1968 by the legendary master Giorgetto Giugiaro, Italdesign is far more than just a design firm. Having breathed life into numerous icons that have defined automotive history—such as the DeLorean, the Lotus Esprit, and countless Ferraris and Lamborghinis—it now stands as an elite group of specialists under the Volkswagen Group, dedicated to “giving shape to dreams that are impossible to mass-produce. ” Their “Few-off” (ultra-limited production) models are prized treasures craved by collectors the world over.

Why “NSX” now?

The NSX is the pride of Japan—a car that once stunned Ferrari and redefined the very concept of the global supercar. To mark the 60th anniversary of Honda’s first F1 victory in 1965 and the 35th anniversary of the original NSX, Italdesign chose this project as a tribute of the highest order to Japan’s unique “JDM culture.”

It is a historic cultural exchange: “Reconstructing the Soul of Japan through Italian Artistry.”

Why Italdesign Chose TPE as Their Partner

What Italdesign seeks is not merely a service window for vehicle maintenance. To give shape to their “dreams that are impossible to mass-produce” within Japan, they require a partner who shares their same spirit and conviction.

Our company name, TPE, stands for Transformation, Possibility, and Enrollment—the three core beliefs that define everything we do.

  • Transformation: The power to evolve beyond the status quo. Much like a chrysalis transforming into a butterfly, it represents our commitment to elevating ourselves and everything we touch to a higher dimension.

  • Possibility: The spirit of exploration that refuses to set limits. We strive to discover new value in any situation and to carve out a path toward infinite possibilities.

  • Enrollment: The passion to move toward the future together. By believing in the potential of our clients and partners, we inspire one another to create a powerful collective momentum.

In this historic project to “redefine” the NSX—the ultimate icon of JDM culture—Italdesign deeply resonated with our philosophy: acknowledging the present, creating a distinct difference, and turning possibilities into reality.

TPE serves as a unique platform that bridges Italian artistic sensibility with the passion of Japanese owners, maximizing the potential of both. By collaborating directly with Italdesign’s headquarters in Italy, we offer more than just superficial changes to the exterior and interior; we provide a “Transformation” that inspires the very lives of our clients.

TPE works in direct coordination with Italdesign’s headquarters in Italy. We oversee the entire process to ensure that your NSX is “redesigned” to the exact same quality standards as those in Italy, serving as the central point of contact between you and Italdesign.

From consulting services to reflect the owner’s specific requests to the Italian side, to managing all logistics and transportation—TPE handles every aspect of the project.

The Honda NSX Tribute Project: A Fusion of Tradition and Innovation

Since its founding, Italdesign has shared the core values of “Precision, Innovation, and Harmony” with Japan. This project evokes the pure, clean lines of the original NSX while seamlessly fusing modern aerodynamic engineering with Italian elegance. It is, in every sense, a “piece of art in motion.”

Exterior: A full carbon-fiber body featuring a sculptural form engineered for ultimate aerodynamic performance.

Interior: A luxury space where driver-centric technology meets the finest materials.

Transform your NSX into a world-exclusive Italdesign masterpiece.

Leveraging our strong partnership to its fullest, TPE is proud to launch an exclusive program to “Redesign” your current second-generation Honda NSX with Italdesign’s bespoke exterior and interior specifications.

Our announcement at TAS was merely the beginning. Because of our long-standing relationship of trust, we are uniquely positioned to deliver uncompromising personalization that reflects Italdesign’s philosophy down to the smallest detail.

Through the “NSX Tribute” project, TPE hopes to share a powerful energy—one where the infinite potential within each of you inspires everyone around you, creating a future shaped by collective passion.
