We understand most customers feel insecure that in case the vehicle has accident records or falsified mileage. Therefore, we endeavor to provide any further information for our customer’s satisfaction, such as confirmation to seller and owner, certificate of registration and Ferrari database.

Price
Negotiation

We negotiate the price with the seller on behalf of our customer. Once the customer decides on the purchase, we issue a bill and make a contract between us (TPE) and the customer then proceed to payment.

Payment

Smooth and Secure Overseas Payment

Any customers in Japan and overseas pay to our account, we then pay to the actual shop or owner in their behalf.
The overseas payment system which we have used for a long time can process your payment smoothly and promptly.

ESCROW Service

Our customer can choose ESCROW payment service upon your request.
An escrow is a financial arrangement where a third party holds and regulates payment of the funds required for two parties involved in a given transaction.
Once our customer pays to the escrow company, they hold the payment temporally and arrange car delivery. Then the car arrival is confirmed, they release the payment to us TPE.
It helps make transactions more secure by keeping the payment in a secure escrow account which is only released when all of the terms of an agreement are met as overseen by the escrow company.

We have experienced in dealing with the global escrow company which specialized in super cars and rare models.

Part of our service, we regularly translate vehicle information and send you proposals via E-mail.

Detailed
Inspection Report

For customers who seriously consider purchasing vehicles, in your behalf we attend vehicle inspection and provide detailed report with minimum 150 photos and video surveillance.
It gives you a better idea of the vehicle as if you have actually done the inspection.

Inspection reports are made by our skilled mechanics (the associate mechanics are located in Japan as well as overseas)
We have the knowledge and experience of all specifications and relevant requirements to check of each super cars and classis cars, so that the vehicle’s conditions are inspected effectively and precisely.
In addition, we provide not only information on the exterior and interior condition but also the important information such as history of the vehicle, accessories, documents and so on which most of customers would like to know.

Safe and Secure Logistics

Land Transport

We arrange the prestigious land transport company whom specializes in super cars and classic cars.
The Transport Company will transport rare luxurious cars by their special-ordered trucks.
We always ensure that vehicles are transported to the port or airport securely and safely.

Export / Import Arrangement

We listen to our customers and additional requirements as needed and advise on the options such as RORO shipping (Roll On Roll Off), container ship and air freight depending on the car.
The export process goes through the broker whom is experienced and specialized in super cars shipment.

Shipping Process

1)

Use of iron slope to avoid any damage to the underbody

2)

Staffs wear special uniforms to avoid damage to the vehicle’s body

3)

While handling the product, you will be paying close attention to even the smallest of actions.

4)

Wheels are protected and fixed with tape tightly which is wrapped with fabrics from direct contact with the wheels.

Air Freight

The vehicle is loaded onto the pallet directly from truck. We can arrange wrapping service to protect body.
Air freight reduces the risk of damage at loading and unloading and gets delivered lot faster to the customer.

Lifted to the cargo door by the high-lift loader.

Again, be careful not to scratch the surface.

Once the vehicle arrives at its position, it’s fixed and locked. The lock doesn’t release even with more than 50 ton of weight.
