Pagani of Italy has announced the new “Utopia” as the successor to the Huayra. This hyper-car is powered by a 6.0-liter V-12 twin-turbo engine that produces 864 horsepower and a maximum torque of 112.2 kgf·m. The transmission is a 7-speed manual made by Xtrac, which features a gated shift, but can also be switched to automatic mode for convenience. Defying the trend of electrification, it dares to adopt a V12 engine and a manual transmission, resulting in an analog design that transcends the times.

The car body utilizes carbon fiber tubing and weighs an incredibly light 1280 kg. This is 67 kg lighter than its predecessor, the Huayra, and a significant 716 kg lighter than the electric supercar Pininfarina Battista. It features Brembo carbon-ceramic disc brakes, forged wheels in 21-inch at the front and 22-inch at the rear, wrapped in Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires. The suspension system is a double-wishbone design with helical springs and electronically controlled shock absorbers.

In terms of design, we pursued “timeless” and “simplicity,” and by eliminating additional parts such as spoilers, we have achieved a functional yet refined beauty. At the rear, the Pagani’s iconic four-barrel exhausts are placed. The interior also values the feel of analog, with machined switches and a minimum of screens.

The Utopia is a limited production car with only 99 units, and although the price is yet to be determined, it is already sold out. However, there are plans to release circuit and convertible models in the future, so we are looking forward to further updates!

We have one of these vehicles for sale.
