This is one of the cars that has been featured in “German Car” magazine.
Unfortunately, the paintwork and exterior of the car has not been touched up for restoration, as you can see from the photos.
However, the car has been regularly maintained by specialists who have worked on many 500E, BRABUS and AMG cars, and the restoration has been carried out to the extent that it does not interfere with daily driving.
The meter was replaced in 2009 when the car had run 60,000 km, and it now has 170,000 km of actual running.
The front stabilisers are normal.
Air conditioning, radiator and suspension have been maintained.
The interior ceiling has been re-covered.
As for the engine, it is running low on oil and may need a head cover overhaul in the future.
The car is still in the process of being restored.
However, this Mercedes-Benz 500E, the pinnacle of Porsche’s Mercedes-Benz range and tuned by BRABUS, will remain in history for a long time.
