Continuation: The pinnacle of supercars coming in 2025 (details)
Following is an update on the three ultimate supercars scheduled to debut in 2025 that we previously informed you about.
Aston Martin Valhalla
Aston Martin Valhalla is a mid-engined hypercar developed by the British luxury car manufacturer, Aston Martin. In December 2024, Aston Martin announced that the development of the new mid-engined hybrid supercar “Valhalla” had reached its final stage. The Valhalla is a model that redefines industry standards, delivering high performance both on the road and on the track. A prototype was also unveiled in Japan in 2022.
The powertrain features a plug-in hybrid (PHEV) system that combines a 4-liter V8 twin-turbo engine with a maximum output of 828PS and three electric motors with a total output of 251PS. This setup delivers a total output of 1079PS and a maximum torque of 1100N・m. The newly developed 8-speed DCT incorporates an electronically controlled differential (E-diff), with the front and rear axles independently supplying driving force. The high-performance battery (HPB) features an efficient cooling system, enabling rapid energy supply and powerful energy recovery.
The exterior adopts a new design language, integrated with active aerodynamics. It generates over 600kg of downforce at 240km/h and maintains aerodynamic performance up to its top speed of 350km/h. The mechanism adjusts the aerodynamic balance according to speed.
The Valhalla is also equipped with Integrated Vehicle Dynamics Control (IVC), which integrates suspension, brakes, and other components. There are four drive modes to choose from, and in pure EV mode, it can travel up to 14km with a maximum speed limited to 140km/h.
Production is limited to 999 units, with deliveries scheduled to begin in the second half of 2025. The Valhalla is attracting attention as a supercar that balances performance and innovation.
